ABSTRACT
Papilliferous hidradenoma (PH) is a rare benign tumor of the
apocrine sweat glands that occurs in the anogenital region of
young women. Common topography is the labia majora. Extragenital
affection, and in men have also been described. Clinical
diagnosis represents a challenge, since it can be confused with
bartholinitis, lipoma or even a malignant lesion such a squamous
adenocarcinoma. We report a 24 years-old female with clinical
and histopathological findings in the vulvar region compatible
with this disease
