Cirugía de control de daños en pacientes no traumatizados

RESUMEN
La sepsis intraabdominal es una de las causas más
importantes por la cuales los pacientes son atendidos
en los servicios de emergencias, independientemente
de su etiología. Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica
de las bases de datos de pubMed, Cochrane Library,
UpToDate relacionadas a sepsis intraabdominal, así
como libros de control de daños relacionados con
trauma, además de la solicitud de la base de datos de
Bioestadística del Hospital México, de los pacientes
egresados con diagnósticos de apendicitis aguda con
peritonitis generalizada y diverticulitis aguda con
peritonitis aguda en los años comprendidos del 2015-
2018; y un cuestionario de 8 preguntas relacionadas
con el tema. El objetivo es tener una correlación de
información internacional y nacional, para brindar
una perspectiva actual del manejo de los pacientes
con emergencias abdominales que requieran control
de daños.
