ANTECEDENTES
Como su nombre lo indica, el SARS-CoV-2 afecta, principalmente,
al sistema respiratorio; sin embargo, los órganos remotos no están
exentos de ser afectados. Tal es el caso del sistema gastrointestinal que
también puede ser afectado por este agente infeccioso. Es importante
conocer cómo interviene ese coronavirus en pacientes con enfermedad
gastrointestinal previa.
