Diseño y evaluación curricular de un curso de posgrado de alta especialidad en medicina

RESUMEN
Los Cursos de Alta Especialidad en Medicina consisten
en programas académicos encaminados al desarrollo de
competencias específicas en médicos especialistas. El
objetivo central de este trabajo es presentar el diseño curricular
del Curso de Alta Especialidad de Enfermedad de
Parkinson y Trastornos del Movimiento. Entendiendo que
cada curso debe adecuarse a las necesidades propias
del campo de conocimiento, se presenta el estado actual
del programa curricular del curso destacando objetivos
cognoscitivos, psicomotores y afectivos, junto con su
marco teórico. Se describen brevemente estrategias y
recursos pedagógicos y su aplicación en el desarrollo del
curso; también se describen diversas metodologías para
la evaluación de objetivos, habilidades procedimentales
y clínicas. Finalmente, se hace mención de la integración
de tecnologías de Información y Comunicación como
portafolios electrónicos y el e-learning. Los métodos,
estrategias o su teoría pueden integrarse o adaptarse
a otros programas de cursos de alta especialidad con
la finalidad de mejorar el proceso de aprendizaje, pero
también el de la enseñanza.
