RESUMEN
La fístula coronaria es una rara entidad en la cual existe una comunicación
entre una arteria coronaria y una cavidad cardiaca o vena sistémica. Esto es
causa de un cortocircuito obligatorio de una arteria coronaria de alta
presión a una cámara cardíaca de baja presión. Reportamos un caso de una
fístula de arteria coronaria derecha drenando al ventrículo derecho, los
hallazgos ecocardiográficos y el cateterismo intervencionista.
