La clínica en la hipertensión pulmonar del adulto

RESUMEN
A pesar de los avances tecnológicos para el diagnóstico de la hipertensión pulmonar, la historia clínica y la exploración física aún se consideran fundamentales como método de escrutinio siempre y cuando se dominen los aspectos teóricos, sus fundamentos y sus limitaciones. Con la identificación de los factores de riesgo, la exclusión de aquellas entidades que forman parte del diagnóstico diferencial, una adecuada auscultación y el análisis del conjunto de variables clínicas obtenidas, se provee de importantes pistas que pudieran auxiliar en la detección lo más oportunamente posible de la enfermedad o contribuir en el seguimiento de estos pacientes.
