INTRODUCCIÓN

La movilidad del hombro en los deportes de lanzamiento es compleja, un deportista puede tener un rango de movimiento más amplio que lo habitual en un sentido y limitado en otro. La movilidad es sin duda, un requisito indispensable para su desarrollo. Sin embargo, esto también lo hace más vulnerable a sufrir cierto tipo de lesiones.
