RESUMEN
Las resinas compuestas son excelentes materiales para restauraciones directas en la región
posterior, restableciendo satisfactoriamente la estética y la función. Recientemente, se ha comercializado
una nueva clase de compuestos, las denominadas resinas Bulk Fill. Estas resinas pueden insertarse en
la cavidad dental en incrementos de 4 a 5 mm de espesor, y tienen las ventajas de reducir la contracción
de la polimerización y el tiempo de trabajo clínico. El objetivo de este informe de caso fue describir
el uso de resinas Bulk fill para restaurar las cavidades de Clase I y Clase II mediante dos técnicas de
restauración diferentes.
