RESUMEN

Se presenta el caso de una paciente con doble sistema colector completo y uréter ectópico vestibular que presenta como síntoma principal incontinencia urinaria paradójica, manejado con nefrectomía parcial por retroperitoneoscopía; los aspectos clínicos, de diagnóstico y tratamiento actuales son discutidos.
