Diarrea crónica: A propósito de un caso atípico

RESUMEN
Durante el abordaje de los pacientes con una patología
predominantemente gastrointestinal es relevante
considerar todas las porciones del tracto digestivo,
siendo quizás la de mayor complejidad para valoración
de su lumen el intestino delgado. Considerando además
que los tumores de intestino delgado representan 30%
de todas las neoplasias del tracto gastrointestinal, siendo
malignas la mayoría se vuelve importante considerarlos
dentro de diferencial en los pacientes principalmente
con banderas rojas como síntomas constitucionales,
principalmente perdida de peso no intencionada.
