Síndrome de la vena cava superior: diagnóstico y tratamiento

RESUMEN

El síndrome de la vena cava superior es un conjunto de signos y síntomas desencadenados por la obstrucción de la vena cava superior. Los tumores intratorácicos malignos son la principal causa. Sin embargo, en las últimas décadas se han descrito causas benignas, como la trombosis asociada con la colocación de accesos venosos.
