Tratamiento quirúrgico de la osteoartritis del compartimento medial de la rodilla

RESUMEN
Son escasos los estudios que comparen los resultados de osteotomía tibial alta, reemplazo unicompartamental de la rodilla y/o artroplastia total de la rodilla, por lo que la selección idónea de estos tratamientos se encuentra en debate. En esta revisión se abordarán los tratamientos quirúrgicos de la osteoartritis unicompartimental de rodilla, intentando destacar las indicaciones actuales, resultados en dolor y función y la tasa de complicaciones.
