Trombo en tránsito y tromboembolia pulmonar (TEP) submasiva tratados exitosamente con tenecteplasa (TNK)

RESUMEN
El trombo en las cavidades derechas es una condición poco detectable. En pacientes que se presentan con TEP aguda, el
hallazgo de trombo en tránsito se ha asociado con una alta mortalidad hospitalaria. Se presenta el caso de un paciente
varón de 50 años de edad con TEP aguda y un trombo en tránsito en la aurícula derecha. Se tomó la decisión de realizar
fibrinólisis con TNK, presentando mejoría significativa de su estado clínico, sin complicaciones relacionadas a la terapia.
Nuestro caso demuestra la efectividad de la terapia trombolítica con TNK en casos de TEP y trombo en tránsito en cavidades
derechas.
