Guías de anafilaxia perioperatoria del Hospital de Gineco-Obstetricia Núm. 4 IMSS «Luis Castelazo Ayala»

RESUMEN
El anestesiólogo administra habitualmente varios fármacos en un corto período de tiempo, tales como: inductores, ansiolíticos, analgésicos, relajantes musculares, antibióticos, hemoderivados, coloides y otros. Esto predispone al paciente a las interacciones de estos medicamentos y la posibilidad de desarrollar reacciones inducidas por los mismos. Las posibilidades de tener una respuesta anafiláctica en el período preoperatoria aumentan en comparación con otros escenarios. El objetivo del presente trabajo es diseñar y elaborar directrices para que el anestesiólogo diagnostique a tiempo y trate las reacciones anafilácticas de una forma eficiente, así como los efectos adversos de los medicamentos en los pacientes sometidos a cirugía.
