Enfermedad Poliquística Hepato-Renal asociada a Aneurismas Intracraneales Múltiples. Reporte de caso y revisión del tema

RESUMEN
La Enfermedad Poliquística Hepato-Renal (EPHR) es una patología rara de prevalencia incierta, asociada a múltiples malformaciones sistémicas incluyendo aneurismas intracraneales (AI). Nosotros reportamos a mujer de 50 años de edad con EPHR y hemorragia subaracnoidea recurrente (HSA) secundaria a aneurismas múltiples. En la discusión se define a la EPHR y entidades relacionadas, además de enumerar causas infrecuentes de AI.
