RESUMEN
El síndrome cardiorenal se
caracteriza por envolver
alteraciones cardiacas y renales.
Por su complejidad y alta
mortalidad actualmente representa
un reto clínico para la sociedad.
Los factores que intervienen en
la fisiopatología de este síndrome
son multifactoriales, siendo
sus principales las alteraciones
hemodinámicas y activacion
neurohormomal. Su diagnóstico
se establece con la aparicion de
falla cardíaca y falla renal de
forma concomitante. Su manejo
y tratamiento se basan en la
optimizacion del tratamiento de
falla cardíaca, y la prevención del
deterioro de la funcion renal.
