RESUMEN
El uso de antihipertensivos en
el embarazo ha ido en aumento,
debido a una mayor incidencia de
obesidad, embarazos tardíos y de
diabetes. Debido a la alta morbimortalidad
que esta representa,
se requieren de más estudios,
no solamente para definir metas
clínicas de PA, sino también su
seguridad y posibles secuelas
neonatales.
