RESUMEN
El SPM representa una causa
de consulta ginecológica
muy frecuente, debido al
comportamiento poblacional
actual su diagnóstico es cada día
mayor. La evaluación consiste
en un método que incluya
características específicas de
cada paciente, examen físico y
una valoración en conjunto de las
diferentes pruebas diagnósticas
disponibles. El USTV por su
especificidad para detectar
patología endometrial, nos
determinará el plan diagnóstico
y la identificación de enfermedad
grave.
