FRAGMENTO

La artroplastía de hombro se ha convertido en uno de los procedimientos quirúrgicos que más han evolucionado en los años recientes debido a que logra resultados predecibles, supera la barrera de los 10 años de sobrevida del implante y tiene un índice alto de satisfacción por los pacientes. Entre los diseños más recientes y con mayor impacto terapéutico está la prótesis reversa.
