Descompresión subacromial de hombro por artroscopía. Resultados a largo plazo con la técnica de Caspari

RESUMEN
Se revisaron 20 pacientes con dolor de hombro y diagnóstico de síndrome de pellizcamiento, después de valorar su edad, y grado de dolor, a quienes se les practicó descompresión subacromial con la técnica de Caspari, con un seguimiento promedio de 3 años (rango de 14 meses a 6.3 años). Uno de los incidentes transoperatorios comunes es la infiltración de tejidos adyacentes que confunde las relaciones anatómicas y dificulta la cirugía. Entre las ventajas, está la revisión del hombro para confirmar el diagnóstico, y la posibilidad de resolver el problema durante el mismo procedimiento quirúrgico. El 75% de los pacientes tuvo una evolución excelente.
