Valoración y manejo cardiovascular
en cirugía no cardíaca
La justificación del por qué conocer las guías de valoración del paciente cardiópata en cirugía no cardíaca va en función de la magnitud del problema, ya que se calcula que aproximadamente cada año, cuando menos en la unión europea, se presentan 167,000 complicaciones en cirugía no cardíaca, las cuales tienen como consecuencia 19,000 muertes
