Medicación intraconducto utilizada para revascularización de dientes necróticos y formación radicular incompleta

RESUMEN
El tratamiento de revascularización permite la continuación del desarrollo radicular de órganos dentales necróticos con formación radicular incompleta. Este tratamiento regenerativo ha tomado auge en los últimos años y para su realización se han utilizado diversos protocolos de desinfección química del sistema de conductos sin llevar a cabo instrumentación en las piezas necróticas con diferentes medicaciones intraconducto. El propósito de este artículo es revisar los diferentes agentes antimicrobianos utilizados en los protocolos clínicos presentes en la literatura para realizar el tratamiento de revascularización.
