Miocardio no compacto en paciente masculino de 20 años de edad

RESUMEN
Se presenta el caso de paciente masculino de la segunda década de la vida, sin antecedentes patológicos de
importancia con ventrículo izquierdo no compacto, el cual se manifestó clínicamente con síntoma de disnea
progresiva. El diagnóstico inicial fue realizado por medio de ecocardiografía transtorácica.
