RESUMEN
Se realiza una revisión de los principales anticuerpos presentes en las enfermedades sistémicas autoinmunes
y sus asociaciones, en entidades tales como lupus eritematoso, esclerodermia sistémica, poli-dermatomiositis,
vasculitis y enfermedad mixta del tejido conectivo. Se comentan los anticuerpos antinucleares, anti-ADN,
complementos, anti-Ro(ss-A), anti-La(ss-B), anti-Sm, histonas, anti-RNP, ANCA y P-ANCA, cardiolipinas, anticoagulante
lúpico, fosfatidilserina y anticuerpos para dermatomiositis, entre otros.
