FRAGMENTO
Los últimos 20 años han marcado cambios profundos en el
tejido cultural del país, en el contrato social que regula las
relaciones entre los distintos méxicos, y en las prioridades
de gobernantes y gobernados. Estos giros fundamentales
en las formas de entender la vida en el nuevo siglo exigen
formas innovadoras de pensar y de plantear los rumbos de
la sociedad. En la búsqueda de estas fórmulas, lo novedoso
y lo que parece prometedor han creado inestabilidad para
aquellos enfoques que en el pasado nutrieron el quehacer
de la atención a la salud.
