RESUMEN
Se presenta el caso de una paciente de 55 años diagnosticada
con síndrome de Sweet, con placas eritematosas, urticariformes,
bien delimitadas –algunas con costra central–, con lesiones
tipo eritema nudoso e infiltrado neutrofílico en dermis.
