Subcisión en rítides glabelares

RESUMEN
Las expresiones faciales de la glabela, marcadas por el paso del
tiempo, la radiación solar, y los movimientos musculares son un
motivo frecuente de consulta. Algunos pacientes rechazan el
uso de la toxina botulínica o de los materiales de relleno, por lo
que proponemos la subcisión como alternativa, modificando la
técnica adicionando la miotomía de los corrugadores.
