RESUMEN
El síndrome de Bean o
blue rubber bleb nevus syndrome (BRBNS)
es una entidad rara con patrón de herencia autosómica dominante,
1 la cual se caracteriza por presentar múltiples malformaciones
venosas cutáneas y extracutáneas con predominio en
el tracto gastrointestinal.2 El diagnóstico es clínico e histopatológico;
si presenta involucro gastrointestinal la endoscopía es
el estándar de oro. La morbilidad y mortalidad dependen del
involucro visceral
