Cambios dinámicos de la sensibilidad del barorreceptor al ponerse de pie

RESUMEN
Introducciòn: El barorreceptor es muy importante en el control de la circulación periférica y la presión arterial (PA), sobre todo en
el cambio de la posición supina a ortostatismo.
Objetivo: Registrar y medir la sensibilidad del barorreceptor en posición de decúbito supino y al cambiar a la posición ortostática.
Metodos: Se utilizó el finómetro (Finometer
®) como método de medición no invasivo para registrar latido a latido la presión arterial,
frecuencia cardiaca, resistencia periférica total, intervalo R-R y se obtuvo la sensibilidad del barorreceptor (SBR) con la fórmula
intervalo R-R en milisegundos (ms) entre la PA sistólica en mmHg del latido previo. Realizamos el estudio en 15 sujetos sanos que
cumplían los criterios de inclusión. Se registraron en decúbito supino por veinte minutos, posteriormente se pusieron de pie y se
registraron por cinco minutos más, hasta la estabilización. Se obtuvieron las gráficas y las series de tiempo de cada uno de los
parámetros en ambas posiciones.
Resultados: Se registraron a 11 hombres y cuatro mujeres sanos de entre 21 y 39 años de edad (28.73 ± 5.2), la SBR en decúbito supino
tuvo valores de 9.18-9.42 ms/mmHg (9.3 ± 0.8), mientras en ortostatismo fueron de 7.57 -7.75 ms/mmHg (7.66 ± 0.62) (p = 0.01).
Conclusiones: La SBR es menor en ortostatismo que en decúbito supino.
