Tratamiento láser en niños con cicatrices postquemadura

RESUMEN
Las quemaduras son un problema de salud pública en México,
pues dejan graves secuelas funcionales y estéticas que provocan
serios problemas psicológicos y sociales, y suelen resultar en
lesiones incapacitantes que repercuten de manera significativa
en la calidad de vida. El tratamiento de cicatrices por quemadura
es un reto terapéutico que, a menudo, requiere de una
combinación de estrategias. Este informe describe los casos de
4 niños con cicatrices post-quemadura tratados con distintos
tipos de láser.
