RESUMEN
La dermatoscopia es una técnica de diagnóstico in vivo, no invasiva,
fácil de usar y de gran utilidad en la práctica cotidiana
para el diagnóstico diferencial de lesiones cutáneas pigmentadas
pues, dependiendo del tipo de lesión y la experiencia del
dermatólogo en el uso de esta técnica, es posible incrementar
la certeza diagnóstica hasta en 30%.
