Extrusión quirúrgica intencional a 180o. Presentación de caso clínico

RESUMEN

Es presentado un caso de exposición clínica dental por el método alternativo de extrusión quirúrgica. Se le muestra como una alternativa a procedimientos que pudieran implicar destrucción significativa de tejidos óseos y encía, pudiendo causar problemas de estabilidad y apariencia. Es hecha una descripción paso a paso y mostrados los resultados de cinco años.
