RESUMEN
La ránula
plunging se define como un pseudoquiste de extravasación mucosa a planos cervicales profundos, procedente de la glándula salival sublingual. Se describe un caso de ránula
plunging, así como los medios de diagnóstico y la técnica quirúrgica empleada.
