El manguito de los rotadores

RESUMEN
El mango de los rotadores es una compleja estructura miotendinosa que forma parte de un sistema articular en el que se genera una cantidad inusitada de fuerzas que producen movimiento en todos los sentidos posibles y es origen también de síndromes dolorosos y lesiones que representan la patología dolorosa más frecuente del hombro. En este artículo revisamos la estructura del mango de los rotadores y su patología examinando su patogenia y tratamiento actualizados.
