Tratamiento quirúrgico de fístula congénita de arteria coronaria después de cierre fallido con embolización transcatéter

RESUMEN
La fístula coronaria es una entidad en la cual existe una comunicación entre una arteria coronaria y una cavidad cardiaca o vena sistémica. Esto causa un cortocircuito obligatorio de una arteria coronaria a una cámara cardiaca. Su manejo tradicional ha sido la ligadura quirúrgica. Sin embargo, en años recientes la terapia endovascular ha sido empleada con alentadores resultados. Reportamos un caso de una fístula de arteria coronaria derecha drenando al ventrículo derecho, la falla de cierre con espirales de liberación controlada y el tratamiento quirúrgico.
