Metodología para el estudio de los tejidos biológicos usando matrices de Mueller

RESUMEN
Una metodología para el estudio de los tejidos biológicos mediante las matrices de Mueller es propuesta. La metodología está basada en obtener las diferencias fundamentales entre los elementos de las matrices de Mueller correspondientes a dos muestras de tejidos biológicos, una del seno de una mujer y la otra del tejido del tórax de un hombre. Cada elemento de la matriz es obtenido mediante un arreglo óptico que consiste en un esparcímetro de resolución angular, el cual es robusto y sencillo de construir. Los resultados muestran diferencias sustantivas entre los elementos de la matriz de Mueller de cada tejido. Se discuten las ventajas y desventajas del método propuesto.
