RESUMEN
La cefalea es un síntoma
frecuente de consulta por parte
de la paciente embarazada en
el servicio de emergencias. En
la mayor parte de las ocasiones
las causas que dan origen no
representan una amenaza real
para la vida de la madre y/o el
feto. No obstante, la realización
de una detallada historia clínica
y un buen examen físico puede
ayudarnos a diferenciar patologías
importantes que representen un
riesgo para nuestras pacientes.
