INTRODUCCIÓN
La anestesia en cirugía cardíaca como en cualquier acto anestésico-quirúrgico tiene un punto de vista perioperatorio en donde se debe de conocer al paciente previo a cirugía, poniendo especial énfasis en la cardiopatía que lo lleva a cirugía, el estado clínico, los estudios que llevaron a realizar el diagnóstico, las drogas con las que se encuentra medicado para su control, los exámenes de laboratorio y las enfermedades coadyuvantes.
