FRAGMENTO
El primer punto para lograr una adecuada analgesia perioperatoria es el uso de una analgesia multimodal, ésta es una visión multidisciplinaria enfocada al tratamiento del dolor, con el objetivo de maximizar los efectos positivos del tratamiento y limitar los efectos adversos.
