Reacción anafiláctica y anafilactoide durante la anestesia

FRAGMENTO
Se define a la anafilaxia como un síndrome clínico de potencial riesgo vital, caracterizado por su rápida instauración y sus manifestaciones multisistémicas. Este cuadro clínico se produce como resultado de la acción de mediadores químicos liberados de forma súbita por mastocitos y/o basófilos.
