Linfoma primario de mama. Reporte de un caso y revisión de la literatura

RESUMEN

El linfoma primario de mama es una rara entidad clínica que representa el 0.05% de todos los tumores mamarios. Fenotípicamente, la mayor parte de estas neoplasias corresponden a linfomas grandes difusos de células B y se asocian con un pronóstico más deletéreo. El caso clínico de este trabajo corresponde a una mujer de 69 años de edad, que se presentó en la institución por una masa mamaria. La biopsia confirmó el diagnóstico de linfoma primario de mama, por lo que fue tratada con cuatro ciclos de CHOP (ciclofosfamida, vincristina, doxorrubicina y prednisona) y radioterapia externa. Cuatro años después se mantiene libre de la enfermedad.
