Pregunta 1A: ¿Qué papel juegan los antisépticos para la
limpieza preoperatoria de la piel?
Consenso: Juegan un papel importante. Debe limpiarse
la piel con gluconato de clorhexidina (GCH), sobre todo en
presencia de sensibilidad bacteriana a este producto. Cuando
no se encuentre disponible, se consensó que es adecuado
el uso de jabón antiséptico.
Voto de los delegados: De acuerdo, 90%; en desacuerdo,
8%; abstenciones, 2%. (Consenso fuerte.)
