Carcinoma renal de células claras con trombo en vena cava inferior. Reporte de un caso y revisión de la literatura

RESUMEN
Se presenta el caso de un paciente con carcinoma de células renales con trombo tumoral en la vena cava inferior que presenta como síntoma inicial trombosis venosa profunda de miembros pélvicos que fue manejado con nefrectomía radical derecha y exploración de vena cava inferior mediante abordaje abdominal por línea media; los aspectos clínicos, de diagnóstico y tratamiento actuales son discutidos.
