Náusea y vómito en el paciente pediátrico

FRAGMENTO

La náusea y vómito postoperatorio (NVPO) en la población pediátrica en general tiene una incidencia de 1:2, la cual se incrementa con la edad a partir de los dos años, teniendo su pico entre los 9 y 14 años con porcentajes de 30 al 80% en la población pediátrica con alto riesgo.
