RESUMEN
El diagnóstico diferencial de los desórdenes que usualmente son clasificados como enfermedades hepáticas autoinmunes son hepatitis autoinmune (HAI), cirrosis biliar primaria (CBP) y colangitis esclerosante primaria (CEP), se requiere de la exclusión cuidadosa de otras causas de enfermedad hepática crónica junto con los hallazgos de patrones sugestivos de anormalidades bioquímicas y la presencia de autoanticuerpos convencionales. Se presenta un caso de una mujer con hipertiroidismo autoinmune y cuadro de colangiopatía autoinmune.
