La hipertermia maligna (HM) en un desorden genético complejo del sistema musculoesquelético que se manifiesta típicamente como una crisis de hipermetabolismo, cuando pacientes susceptibles reciben algún tipo de medicamentos, generalmente de uso anestésico.
