RESUMEN
Las dermatosis perianales constituyen un grupo de enfermedades, que pueden dividirse en neoplásicas, infecciosas e inflamatorias, de múltiple etiología, sintomatología y manifestaciones clínicas que pueden aparecer desde la infancia hasta la edad adulta.
La incidencia de dermatosis perianales no es inusual y los factores de riesgo así como los mecanismos que contribuyen a su aparición son múltiples, algunos de tipo idiopático, los cuales pueden repercutir en el pronóstico, en tratamientos existentes hasta hoy.
