Síndrome de bolsa colónica (colon pouch) en el espectro de las malformaciones anorrectales

RESUMEN
El síndrome de bolsa colónica congénita (BC) (colon pouch: CP)
es un padecimiento infrecuente en el cual el colon es reemplazado
total o parcialmente por una dilatación quística. Se acompaña
de una malformación anorrectal, que puede ser una fístula que
comunica con la vía urinaria, con la vagina, con el vestíbulo, o
puede terminar en fondo de saco ciego. Este trabajo describe una
rara variante de malformación de anorrectal en dos casos con BC
o CP tipos II y III respectivamente. El diagnóstico se sospechó
por una radiografía simple de abdomen y un colograma distal. Se
confirmó en el transoperatorio. Se analizan las controversias en el
tratamiento quirúrgico y se hace énfasis en el seguimiento de los
pacientes con cualquier variedad de malformación anorrectal así
como su etapa de rehabilitación intestinal.
