Reoperación de mínima invasión para cirugía antirreflujo fallida

FRAGMENTO
Paciente femenino de 30 años sin antecedentes personales o familiares de importancia. Inició su padecimiento tres años antes con pirosis y dolor epigástrico, por lo que se le realizó endoscopia encontrando hernia hiatal de 3 cm y esofagitis. Debido a estos hallazgos se le realizó funduplicatura tipo Nissen laparoscópica fuera del Instituto. Una semana después presentó disfagia que en un inicio fue a sólidos y posteriormente a líquidos, así como recurrencia de la pirosis. A estos síntomas se agregaron náusea, vómito y borborigmos torácicos; recibió tratamiento médico con omeprazol y metoclopramida sin mejoría.
