RESUMEN
Mujer de 46 años de edad, que acude por presentar 2 días previos a su ingreso
un episodio de crisis convulsivas tonicoclónicas generalizadas con lateropulsión
de la marcha hacia la izquierda, desde entonces presentó periodos de
desorientación y alucinaciones. A la EF desorientada en tiempo, al FO papila
izquierda borrada parcialmente. Fuerza y sensibilidad conservada, reflejos
osteo-tendinosos abolidos y Babinski derecho. Los exámenes solicitados a su
ingreso reportaron: sodio 128, cloro 98, prolactina 5.2, niveles de DFH 16.6
(normal 10-20), electrólitos urinarios: sodio 20, cloro 201 y potasio 80.
Cuenta con antecedentes de cáncer de mama izquierda y adenoma hipofisiario.
